One: the Body, Mind & Spirit channel (often referred to only as One) is a Canadian English language category 1 digital cable specialty channel. It provides progressive programming from Canada and around the world on natural health, personal growth, new ideas, holistic lifestyle and intriguing possibilities. The channel is owned by S-VOX with minority interests held by CW Media (a division of Canwest and GS Capital Partners), RNC Media and Renewal Partners Company.

[edit] Content agreement with Retirement Living TV
On April 16, 2007, S-VOX signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Retirement Living TV. Under the terms of the deal, content from RLTV will air on One and VisionTV. In addition, the two broadcasters will co-produce original programming to be aired on S-VOX networks. [1]

Licensed as Wisdom: Canada's Body, Mind & Spirit Channel by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) on November 24, 2000; the channel was launched as One: the Body, Mind & Spirit channel on September 7, 2001.
On January 18, 2008, a joint venture between Canwest and GS Capital Partners bought Alliance Atlantis and gained AAC's minority interest in One.
