[edit] Plot Summary

A female aerobic instructor is possessed by an evil spirit of a fallen ninja when coming to his aid. The spirit seeks revenge on those who killed him and uses the female instructor's body to carry out his mission. The only way the spirit will leave aerobic instructor's body is with the help of another ninja.

[edit] Trivia

The arcade machine in Christie's apartment is a prototype of the game Bouncer by Entertainment Sciences. Due to financial difficulties the game was never widely released.

Lucinda Dickey was cast in the film because she had worked on the "Breakin'" films and she had the physical presence to do all the stunts during the film.

The movie was filmed primarily in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Papago Park, where the Phoenix Zoo is located, is a very identifiable landmark.
