[edit] Plot summary

Kal Penn returns as Taj Mahal Badalandabad as he heads to England's prestigious Camford University (a portmanteau of Oxford and Cambridge) to further his studies. In the process, he shows the uptight student body how to party, and continue the legacy of Van Wilder. With his fellow comrades in crime, he shows what it means to be the apprentice of the "Party Liaison" Van Wilder.
