This was a map of the area BEFORE it was renamed Palestine in 135 AD. See Decapolis: "The Decapolis ... was a group of ten cities on the eastern frontier of the Roman Empire in Syria and Judea (renamed Palestine in 135 AD)."

The map uses the name "Judea" on the map. So it is before it was renamed Palestine.

Palestine history maps are a subcategory of maps of Palestine.

The above 2 categories are subcategories of

• Category:Maps of Syria
• Category:Maps of Palestine

So there is no need to list the higher categories also.
