The use of this cover is covered by fair use because:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal CD copies of the single.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the single in any way.
4. For an article about a single, the cover artwork is arguably one of the most important images that could be included. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
