The Pillars are a Nigerian ACAPELLA group composed of young and dynamic vocalists; Lawrence Ndueso Umoh,Jerry Suarau,Austin Ojeaburu Oise,Caleb Kelechi Obi,Prosper Alozie Nwokeoma and Olumide Franklin Ehinmowo

The group started 14th of january,1999 with the amalgamation of two groups namely RHEMA VOICES and REVELATION ACAPPELLA,in the heart of olodi apapa in the city of Lagos.

The Pillars is made up of six dynamic young men namely Lawrence,Jerry,Austin,Caleb,Prosper and Olumide. The Pillars has ministered in all the major states in Nigeria.They launched their first album in 2005 and it was tagged 7TH YEAR.

The Pillars went a notch further when they put pen to paper and put out a tremendous follow-up about two years later with thier two new singles NA YOU and EXCELLENCY.

The group's plans include having their own studio and running a music school in the next five years. One of the groups vision is to harvest the world with the word through music. The Higher Definition of Vibe handles thier A&R for ASSETBASE MEDIA, a wholly Nigerian entertainment company based in Lagos, Nigeria and run by the versatile entertainment giant: Kamal 'the M.O.G.' Salau.

The group has performed alongside both local and international artistes.

The Pillars acapella gospel group is located in Lagos. They are without doubt Nigeria's hippest and most exciting vocal group and thier video and stage performances have stood them out as Africas finest gospel/inspirational group.
