The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:

1. It is a low resolution scan (52KB) of a small segment in the back page of a CD album cover booklet,
2. The original printed image is deformed purposefully (shrunk horizontally by about 35%), so it had to be edited thoroughly prior to uploading;
3. Its use in this site does not limit the copyright owner's ability to market the album in any way,
4. It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit,
5. Due to the popularity attained by the artists, their tight schedules, and their rather irregular album recording history, it is extremely dfficult to find any "free" images.
6. The image depicts a cast that is unrepeatable, as the four artists that formed the original ensemble split years ago and never rejoined since in actual performance;
7. In Ensamble Gurrufío, this small section from an album cover booklet is an appropriate choice to illustrate the physical appareance of the artists at the time (1993).
