This image, The_Gilgamesh.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Jack Cox) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- the article comments on the group shown;
- the image also serves to identify the show by its character design;
- one screenshot used to identify several characters, reducing proportion of reproduction;
- one image is re-used in more than one article, reducing proportion of reproduction;
- the screenshot is presented in lower resolution;
- although wider than 320 pixels it is less reproduction than using one image per character;
- the size is needed to identify the characters clearly;
- it has no adverse effect upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.
