Though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I Wolf of Fenric (talk) 20:14, 15 May 2008 (UTC) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

  1. The image is a low-resolution copy of a publicity photograph;
  2. The image is being used to identify a key plot moment and key characters as seen in the television serial The Chase;
  3. No free alternative exists;
  4. The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.
