1. The image is a low resolution depiction of the official logo of registered British charity British Horse Society which is being used in an article on wikipedia that is created for the discussion about the society.
2. The image is only being used in the above mentioned article.
3. The image is low-resolution.
4. The image is not intended to imply any form of ownership of the logo.
5. The logo is still the property of the British Horse Society.
6. The low resolution image is not suitable for piracy.
7. The logo is being used to represent the image of the animal charity to increase reader's understanding for critical and educational reasons.
