The Miernik Dossier is a spy novel by Charles McCarry. I (Kraxler scanned the cover. The text was copyrighted in 1973 by Charles McCarry. The book was first published in Great Britain by Hutchinson & Co. Ltd. in 1974. This cover belongs to the re-edition by Coronet Books, Hodder and Stoughton, St. Paul's House, Warwick Lane, London, EC4P 4AH, in 1975, ISBN 0 340 19942 3. The book was printed in Great Britain by Richard Clay (The Chaucer Press), Ltd, Bungay, Suffolk. The cover artist is not mentioned.
