Friday: The Animated Series is an animated television series based on the Friday film series. The show is directed by Kevin Lofton and is co-produced and co-distributed by New Line Television, a subsidiary of New Line Cinema (the distributors of the Friday movies), MTV2, and Ice Cube's Cubevision.

The series is loosely based on Friday and Next Friday.
Most of the characters from the first two films (including the infamous Smokey) are in the series, but they are not voiced by their respective actors. However, they are voiced by veteran voice actors.

Episode 1: Hardly Working: Pops kicks Craig out of the house until he gets a job. He is unable to find one and sleeps on the streets where he is arrested for the kidnapping of a white girl.
Episode 2: Notorious T.R.E.E: A tree knot that looks like Biggie Smalls attracts attention to the neighborhood and P.Diddy
Episode 3: When Craig met Condi: Big Mary's cousin Condoleezza Rice comes to visit and is attracted to Craig.
