Different Worlds: The Definitive Vandenberg is a 2004 best of compilation album by the Dutch band Vandenberg on the Atco Records label. The first disc features all of the band's singles to date as well as one new track; a re-recorded version of their biggest hit Burning Heart entitled Burning Heart 2004. The second disc is a collection of previously unreleased material including live tracks, demos and an acoustic version of Burning Heart.
