Celtic: The Irish Connection is a feature length documentary film charting the bond between the Celtic Football Club and the Irish diaspora in western Scotland. It tells the story of the Great Irish Famine, when 100,000 displaced people had to leave their homes in Ireland in search of work and a new life in Lanarkshire.
