Beach Cruiser: The Story is the upcoming debut album from West Coast rapper Glasses Malone. The album will be released on June 3, 2008 under Cash Money Records and Malone's own Blu Division imprint[1]. So far three songs have been released, "Fuck wit' Me," produced by Mannie Fresh, "Malone," produced by Goldeneye, and the single "Certified", produced by DJ Toomp.
Glasses Malone has been in the studio with Tyrese, DJ Quik, The Game, Bun B, Juvenile, Ghostface Killah, Lupe Fiasco, Lil Wayne, Birdman, Jay Z, Kam, Bishop Lamont, Mykestro, Scarface, Wyclef Jean, and Crooked I.[2]"The Beach Cruiser" features guest appearances from BabyLil Wayne, Mack 10, Tyrese, Lupe Fiasco and others, as well as production from DJ Toomp, Mannie Fresh, Cool & Dre, Tha Bizness and Goldeneye, among others.
The album is named after the beach cruiser bicycle. In an interview Malone said, "It's called Beach Cruiser, everybody loves a Beach Cruiser. People love those bikes in the 'hood. It's classic."[2] The first single for the album is "Certified" featuring Akon.[3]
