- Function the bot applies the proper case notification templates to the user talk pages (commentor or party) and a new (as yet unwritten) template to the noticeboards.
- The template will be posted on a subpage of the bot's user page which the bot will watch.
- The "run" parameter will allow the clerk to work on the template in stages. If blank, bot will not run. If run=test, bot will output a sample message to the clerk's talk page and notify of anything that does not parse (such as a case subpage name or user name that was mistyped i.e. does not exist). If run=yes, bot runs. Bot then sets run=done so bot does not run again.
- Bot must only run if clerk=the user who edited the page and is on an approved list
- The create subpage field creates the evidence, workshop and proposed decision subpages, but not the main case page
- Create main page=yes parses RFAR and attempts to create the main case page by reformatting statements of parties and non-parties and putting them on the main case or case talk page as appropriate. I suspect this function will require that the clerk spend a few moments formatting the request on RFAR so the bot can do an easier job.
