The Jungleking Thauria lathyi Frühstorfer, 1902 [1] is a butterfly found in South Asia that belongs to the Morphinae sub family of the Brush-footed butterflies family.

The Jungleking ranges from Manipur to South Myanmar.[2][1]

A related species Tufted Jungleking Thauria aliris Frühstorfer, 1902 occurs in Asia.

Evans reports the butterfly as Rare in its range.[2]
