This Is How a Heartache Begins is the name of a compilation album released by Decca Records, to release some of legendary Country Music singer, Patsy Cline's material from the 1950s and 1960s.

The album features some strait-up Honky Tonk songs Cline recorded early in her career in the 1950s, to smooth Nashville Sound recordings recorded by Cline in the early 60s. The album released a charted single called "He Called Me Baby".
