Tharini Mudaliar is an Australian actress, singer, and violinist. She is best known for her role portraying the fictional character Kamala in The Matrix Revolutions.

Mudaliar was born in South Africa to a Tamil Hindu family, moving to Tasmania at the age of one and later to Adelaide, Australia. She is fluent in the French language and has earned a B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Sydney.
She is the cousin of television presenter Indira Naidoo.
