"Thank God" is a rare single by the New York City band Mindless Self Indulgence. Although rare, the song "Thank God" has been featured on the band's official MySpace. Thank God was the first song written/recorded with the, at the time, new bassist Lyn-Z. The version contained on this single is a home demo. A live version of "Thank God" is also available on Alienating Our Audience. This single was given out as a promotional item through MSI's street team "Brats Hate Music." Many copies were put on ebay after the singles were sent out, leading to a campaign that ruined the auctions by bidding ridiculous amounts of money. This is the main reason why MSI's street team is now defunct.
