Thames Valley Magpies was a now-defunct Australian rules football club based in Wokingham, England.
[edit] History
The Thames Valley Magpies were formed for the foundation year of the British Australian Rules Football League in 1990, representing the Berkshire area on the western fringes of London. They played the first two seasons of that league, but ultimately folded after the 1991, struggling with a mainly British playing list against the more experienced London clubs.
They wore the uniform of the Collingwood Magpies in the AFL.
The present day Reading Kangaroos were formed around a decade later, and continue to play Australian rules football in the area.
