Thalipeeth

Thalipeeth is a type of savoury pancake popular in western India. It is a special maharashtrian dish, and the dough is prepared a mixture of beans , wheat rice, onion, jaggery and other vegetables, and spices. It is usually served with white butter and is a very popular delicacy amongst maharashtrians.
During a fast("Upaas") "Sabudana" is the major ingredients of the dough.
