Hi all. I find that the enlarged picture of Shanmugaratnam is rather distorted. I think it would be a good idea to get a new photo, or improve the picture.

[edit] Tan Wah Piow

There is some references to him being a associate of Tan Wah Piow, a exiled dissent in UK and was subsequently questioned by ISD upon his return to Singapore in the mid 1980s. Does anyone have the link or reference?
