[edit] Act of Parliament in 1993 or 1994

List of Indian Federal Legislation shows Tezpur University Act as Act 45 of 1993, while this article claims that the university was founded through an Act of Parliament in 1994. Which one is correct?-Deepraj | Talk 18:32, 30 May 2007 (UTC)

The act was made in 1993 and its implementation happened in the form of tezpur university in 1994. I feel this the correct information.
