[edit] BCS-sucks.com external link
I have reverted your changes on the Bowl Championship Series article because I do not believe this article needs such a link. I have removed it twice now. If you believe this article needs this link, please provide justification on the article's talk page. Thank you. --MECU≈talk 16:27, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Kathryn Johnston
Have you come across any biographical information on Kathryn Johnston. There is so little actually about her. Did you find any obituaries that may have details.
-
- You can access an online version of her Atlanta Journal-Constitution obituary (published 11/26/06) at AJC.com, but it costs $2.95. Not sure if anyone has posted it to a free website. -- TexasDawg 19:56, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your abuse report
Regarding your report of an IP address here, I believe that you have chosen the wrong place. Wikipedia:Abuse reports only serves for long-term vandalism, so that the user's Internet provider could be notified of his conduct; this address has only made a few edits and was never blocked. If you want to notify administrators of vandalism taking place right now and requiring intervention, use the administrators' noticeboard: WP:AIV (short for Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism). You are cordially invited to participate in WikiProject Calvinism
The goal of WikiProject Calvinism is to improve the quality and quantity of information about Calvinism available on Wikipedia. WP:WikiProject Calvinism as a group does not prefer any particular tradition or denominination of Calvinism, but prefers that all Calvinist traditions are fairly and accurately represented. |

[edit] List of Saturday Night Live commercials
Hey there, I see you added a link to a page for "That's Not Yogurt" to a non-existent page. It's been a while since you placed that tag. Are you planning on creating that page?
If not, I plan to delete the link since it is a minor clip in a much larger collection and most of the clips don't have their own pages.
I am not aware of any plans to make a complete section devoted to separate pages on individual commercial spoofs.
Pls advise. Thx SteinAlive 23:42, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] A note about my "tax" stuff
Dear TexasDawg: Just so you'll know, I have moved my essays about tax protesters (and our related discussion) from my "user page" to my "user talk page", here: [1] and here: [2]. This is part of a process of reorganizing my user page. Yours, Famspear 16:20, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom murder
Good call on the removal of commentary from the Crime Library site. Be prepared, feelings are running pretty high on that page, with editors on either side crying racist or PC police at the first sign of disagreement (I actually found myself snapping at someone on their talkpage, which is pretty out of character for me). Hopefully no one freaks out too much over this, and calm and rational heads can add correct and verified information as it comes in. Again, good call. AniMate 16:05, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
A request for mediation has been filed with the Mediation Committee that lists you as a party. [edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Cookie Kwan.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Cookie Kwan.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 06:37, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Gil.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Gil.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 18:55, 5 July 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 18:55, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wikimania in Atlanta!
Hi! I noticed your involvement on U.S. South-related articles, categories and WikiProjects, and I wanted to let you know about a bid we're formulating to get next year's Wikimania held in Atlanta! If you would like to help, be sure to sign your name to the "In Atlanta" section of the Southeast team portion of the bid if you're in town, or to the "Outside Atlanta" section if you still want to help but don't live in the city or the suburbs. If you would like to contribute more, please write on my talk page, the talk page of the bid, or join us at the #wikimania-atlanta IRC chat on freenode.org. Have a great day!
P.S. While this is a template for maximum efficiency, I would appreciate a note on my talk page so I know you got the message, and what you think. This is time-sensitive, so your urgent cooperation is appreciated. :) Mike H. I did "That's hot" first! 08:20, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Jimmy Clausen
The Jimmy Clausen article received heavy editing today by new/unregistered users, which I noticed at WikiRage.com. According to Wikipedia Page History Statistics, you are one of the top contributors to that page. If you think your efforts to improve that article would be aided if new and unregistered users were blocked from editing that article, please let me know and I will protect the article. Thanks. -- Jreferee (Talk) 08:10, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] 2006 Chick-fil-A Bowl
For the past month, I've been working on the 2006 Chick-fil-A Bowl article. I've brought it up to GA status and am now working on making it a featured article. Since you're a 'Dawg, and the article deals with the Georgia Bulldogs football team, I'd really appreciate it if you could take a swing by the nomination and leave any suggestions or support you might have. Thanks! JKBrooks85 03:34, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Quincy Carter addition
The source quoted is Quincy himself. We(Quasar Entertainment)have been chosen by Mr. Carter to represent him. While new to the scene, we at Quasar believe 100% in Mr. Carter, and are working very hard to restore Quincy's credibility.
When I confirm our first appearance, press releases will be issued. If you have questions, please feel free to email me. buxandbeans@yahoo.com Quasar Entertainment Publicist —Preceding unsigned comment added by QuasarBux (talk • contribs) 18:00, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 1994 SEC Men's Basketball Tournament
Would you please make sure the data for the games in the table is entered before saving the article on Wiki mainspace. This goes for the 1994 and several of the other years' SEC tournament articles, most of which have been tagged as needed data. Thanks. Truthanado (talk) 21:20, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
