Loop 14 is a mostly north-south highway in Texarkana, Texas, which forms the northernmost three-fourths of Texas Boulevard. Beginning at State Line Avenue (US 71) immediately opposite Arkansas Boulevard on the Texas-Arkansas state line, it travels due west, curves to the south at a radius of about five blocks. Further south, it intersects Richmond Road before terminating at a three-way intersection with U.S. Highway 82. Texas Boulevard continues to the south, signed as eastbound US 82, while the third corridor, westbound US 82, is locally known as New Boston Road.
Loop 14 is 2.215 miles long[1] and was part of the original alignment of U.S. Highway 59 through Texarkana.
