State Highway 347 or SH 347 is a Texas state highway that runs from the southern edge of Beaumont into Port Arthur. The route was designated in 1941.

SH 347 begins at a junction with US 69/US 96/US 287 in Beaumont. It heads southeast from this junction to an intersection with FM 366. The highway continues to the southeast to an intersection with FM 365. Heading towards the southeast, the highway continues to a junction with Spur 136 in Port Arthur. The highway continues to the southeast through Port Arthur to an intersection with SH 73. SH 347 reaches its eastern terminus at SH 87 in Port Arthur.
