State Highway 265 or SH 265 is a Texas state highway designation that has been cancelled twice. The route was originally designated by 1939 from Normangee west to Normangee state park. This route was redesignated in 1942 as FM 3[1]. The second designation came in 1988 as a route from Beltway 8 south through Alvin to Jamaica Beach on Galveston Island. This route was cancelled in 1994.
