State Highway 145 or SH 145 was a very short Texas state highway that ran through the town of Princeton. In 1933, its northern terminus was SH 24, with the southern terminus in the city of Princeton. In 1939, the route had been redesignated as State Spur 73. The route is now the southern portion of Farm to Market Road 75.
