Texas Computer Educators Association

Texas Computer Educators Association (TCEA) is based out of Austin, Texas and is for supporting technology at educational institutes in Texas.

TCEA sponsors a number of special interest groups, including TECSIG (a technology coordinators support group) and SOSSIG (an open source support group).

TCEA also supports contests held in the spring semester of each year. The contests are held in the areas of programming, robotics, and technology. The contests are open to any school; however, the sponsor must be a TCEA member.

The Executive Director of TCEA is Ron Cravey.
