The Texas, Oklahoma and Eastern Railroad (AAR reporting marks TOE) is a Class III short-line railroad headquartered in De Queen, Arkansas.
TOE operates a 39.8 mile line in Arkansas and Oklahoma from De Queen (where it interchanges with De Queen and Eastern Railroad, an affiliate with whom it shares its headquarters) to Valliant, Oklahoma (where it interchanges with Kiamichi Railroad).
TOE traffic generally consists of forest products.
TOE was incorporated in 1910. It is a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company.
