According to the "Gangland" (History Channel) episode about the TS, shown last night (5/2/08), they do allow Caucasian members (although the show stated that they had only allowed 4, I believe. They extensively interviewed a TS member who was clearly white. I believe his name was James D'Arby). But they will not even consider admitting any member (again, according to "Gangland") who is in any way associated with a black, much less admit blacks. The way this article is worded makes it sound as though the TS allows other ethnic groups to be initiated, but excluding whites, when it is apparently the case that whites are the only other ethnic group ever allowed to join (though, again, very rarely).
