[edit] Split

Northwest Highway is a road that Loop 12 happens to run along. After losing its Loop 12 designation in the east at Buckner Boulevard, it continues east to Belt Line Road in Mesquite. In the west, after it loses the Loop 12 designation at Walton Walker, it continues west into Irving where it becomes Carpenter Freeway ( SH 114).

Likewise, Ledbetter Drive continues to the west after it loses its designation to S Walton Walker Boulevard west past Duncanville Road and then north to Kiest Boulevard (SH Spur 303).

Anyway, these roads themselves are separate entities.. drumguy8800 C T 22:05, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

Strong Oppose. The roads themselves aren't notable enough without the Loop 12 designation. If anything use {{main}} to link to those articles, but this article should remain intact. --Holderca1 17:24, 14 March 2007 (UTC)
Oppose. There is more to Loop 12 than NW Hwy and Ledbetter: Buckner and Walton Walker. I don't think breaking up the article would be a disservice, and each of those roads is not very significant in and of itself. 68.95.142.239 01:28, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Oppose. The other portions of Northwest Highway are also state roads, which would have their own entries, and Ledbetter Drive outside of Loop 12 is a local road of no significance. 160.147.240.6 12:48, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
