According to this Texas Government PDF file (don't worry Google/HTML it) Timeline of Testing in TEXAS, the exit level for the writing and math test changed from 11th grade to 10th occured in 1992-1994. --Chill Pill Bill 02:48, 6 Jun 2005 (UTC)
