Reasons for my cuts:
- The "controversy tag" is only for controversies, and states that it is only to be used in talk pages.
- Teufel Nursery is not a kingdom - therefore the owner's son is not the "Heir to the throne"
- The statement about abandoned buildings needs context, and may not be notable anyway.
Things that could be done to improve this article:
- Founded in 1890? - that's an old company for Oregon. Tell more about it's founding and history.
- Scan the old logo and ask the company owner to allow use for this article. I don't know the procedure, but there is one.
- "Provided the landscaping" Did the work, or provided the plants?
- How about a photo of the microsoft campus?
- Others?

Please see WP:CORP if you want this company to survive deletion. Currently the article does not establish notability through realiable third party sources. You might try the Oregonian's website and the Portland Business Journal's website. Aboutmovies 02:05, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
