Tesseraction Games is an American video game developer based in Oregon and was founded in 2001 by a handful of former Dynamix employees: Kelly Asay, Blake Hutchins, Alex Jimenez, Dave Lauck and Shawn Eastley. Tesseraction developed and released Enigma: Rising Tide in 2003.

On September 23, 2003, Tesseraction Games filed a lawsuit against their distributor, UK-based GMX Media Ltd., alleging breach of contract, and sought damages totalling over $1.6 million. On July 14, 2006, a judge granted a motion for summary judgement against GMX Media Ltd. and collection efforts were begun.

"Tesseraction Games was idled in May 2006. Tesseraction Games was purchased by Resurgent Interactive (Baton Rouge) in October, 2007. An add-on for Enigma: Rising Tide is planned for release in 2008. Development on Enigma: Rising Tide Chapter Two began in October 2007." - Kelly Asay, President Tesseraction Games, Inc.
