Your contributions to Hilary Duff are good and all, but you cannot take pictures from other websites as they are under copyright. "Currentness" of a picture does not matter. The picture on the Hilary Duff article is FREE, because the creator of the picture has released all his/her rights to it, so it can be used on Wikipedia. Please don't sensationalise trivial items of information by putting words like "controversey" before them. Billboard magazine made a mistake, nothing more; it hasn't been reported in any articles that I can find, and it certainly isn't a "Controversey". Also, when you wrote "Controversey" it was a) incorrectly capitalised - it should begin with a small "c" because it isn't a proper noun, and b) it's spelt "controversy". Thanks.   2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

Another editor has added the {{prod}} template to the article Faded (Haylie Duff song), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process.
