Tertiary education in Mauritius

Tertiary education in Mauritius includes principally the University of Technology, Mauritius and the University of Mauritius. Other private facilities also exist. One of them is the Charles Telfair Institute (ex DCDM Business School) offering both full- and part-time programmes focused on business needs.
The Charles Telfair Institute( CTI) is soon to become the first private university in the Country - the Charles Telfair University (CTU). The new campus is located at Telfair, in Moka. The later phases of the construction will also provide accommodation to international students - a first in Mauritius.
Charles Telfair Institute currently gives courses affiliated with the prestigious Curtin University of Australia. As such, this makes CTI as the institution providing the most worldwide recognized degree in Mauritius.

University of Technology, Mauritius is currently the best and student friendly institution dealing with computer science and management courses, offering part time and full time courses at the University.
