Terry Griggs

Terry Griggs (born on Manitoulin Island, Ontario) is a Canadian author. Her novel Quickening was a finalist at the 1991 Governor General's Awards and she won the Marian Engel Award in 2002. She presently lives in Stratford, Ontario, but has occasionally lived on Manitoulin Island since her youth. Much of her work includes Manitoulin island as a locale.
