Terry Burke is a former member for the seat of Perth in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly between 1968 and 1987.

He is the elder brother of former premier Brian Burke with whom he was closely involved in events related to the WA Inc scandals of the 1980s. A royal commission found Terry to have received $600,000 "commission" for fundraising campaign donations paid to his brother and the ALP during the 1987 federal election[1].

Brian and Terry are sons of former federal cabinet minister Tom Burke.
