Terry Baddoo

Terry Baddoo is a television sports presenter. He is currently a presenter for the CNN International programme World Sport. Before CNN, Baddoo worked for the BBC; in the late-1980s he was a reporter on the BBC children's news programme Newsround, and after that he reported for the morning news programme Breakfast News. He has also worked for the satellite channel Sky and in print. He is half-Ghanaian and half English??

Prior to television, Terry had an extensive career as a print journalist, including being part of the launch team for Today newspaper. He was also a widely read sports columnist for CNNSI.com. Outside the media, Terry was a promising footballer, and had trials with the English clubs, Crystal Palace and Chelsea as a teenager. He is not related to the singer, Eryka Badhu,(Badhu is only her stage name), but his sister is a well known choreographer in the UK.
