The Terrorism Research Centee (founded 1996, based in Virginia, USA) is an independent institute "dedicated to the research of terrorism, information warfare and security, critical infrastructure protection, homeland security and other issues[.]"

The TRC is owned by Total Intelligence Solutions, a private security intelligence firm founded by Blackwater Worldwide's owner Erik Prince. TIS is in turn owned by Blackwater's holding company Prince Group.^[1]
