Charles Terrence Murphy (born October 19, 1926 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario) is a former Canadian politician. He represented the Sault Ste. Marie electoral district in the Canadian House of Commons from 1968 to 1972. He was a member of the Liberal Party of Canada.
He was defeated in the 1972 election by New Democratic Party candidate Cyril Symes. He subsequently ran against Symes in the 1979 election, but was not re-elected.
