Terrence DaQuay Holt (born March 5, 1980 in Greensboro, North Carolina) is an American football safety for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Detroit Lions in the fifth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at North Carolina State.
Holt has also played for the Arizona Cardinals in his career. He is the younger brother of St. Louis Rams All-Pro wide receiver Torry Holt.

Holt played for the Detroit Lions from 2003-2006.

On March 8, 2007, the Arizona Cardinals signed Holt to a $15 million, 5-year contract.
On February 21, 2008 Holt was released by the Cardinals.
