Teresa Tavares (born December 29, 1982) is a Portuguese actress.

Pupil of the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema in Lisbon, has received formation from Álvaro Correia, Lúcia Sigalho, Manuel Brás da Costa, Luís Madureira and Alexandre Lyra Leite who also directed her in some shows of the Inestética - Teatral Company, such as "Agent Provocateur 2", "O Cão Alucinado" e "Morangos com Açúcar - A Peça", as substitute of Joana Solnado.

Regular actress in television, integrated the cast of productions such as "Jura" (2007), "Nome de Código: Sintra" (2007), "Câmara Café" (2006), "Os Serranos" (2005), "Inspector Max" (2004), "Morangos com Açúcar" (2003), "Anjo Selvagem" (2001), "A Minha Família é uma Animação" (2000), and "Jardins Proibidos" (1999).

She also appeared as the host of "Curto Circuito" (2002) in SIC Radical and "O Homem que mordeu o cão" (2004) with Nuno Markl.
