Teresa Gutierrez

Teresa Gutiérrez was a third-party candidate for Vice President of the United States in the United States presidential election, 2004, representing the Workers World Party (WWP) as the running mate of John Parker. The Parker/Gutierrez ticket was also endorsed by the Liberty Union Party of Vermont.

Gutierrez is the co-director of A.N.S.W.E.R. a coordinator for the International Action Center and a member of the governing body of the WWP. She is an active member of the Chican@ movement and a "proud lesbian."
