Teresa Barbara Ciepły née Wieczorek (born October 19, 1937 – died March 8, 2006) was a Polish sprinter and hurdler.
She was a bronze Olympic medalist in women's the 4x100 metre relay at the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome. She won gold medals in the women's 4x100 metre relay (in European record time of 44.5 seconds) and the 80 metre hurdles, and a bronze medal in the women's 100 metre sprint, at the 1962 European Athletic Championships in Belgrade. At the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo she won gold in the women's 4x100 metre relay (in world record time of 43.6 seconds), and silver in 80 metre hurdles.
She was born in Brodnia, Poland, and married a fellow Polish Olympian, hammer thrower Olgierd Ciepły. She died aged 68 in Bydgoszcz.
