Terence Stansbury

Terence Stansbury (born February 27, 1961 in Los Angeles, California) is a retired American basketball player. His daughter Tiffany currently plays for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA.
A 6'5" guard from Temple University, Stansbury played three seasons (1984–1987) in the National Basketball Association as a member of the Indiana Pacers and Seattle SuperSonics. He finished with 1,200 points in his career and was a three-time participant in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest, having mastered the Statue of Liberty dunk and finishing in third place on all three occasions.
Stansbury is a graduate of Newark High School, where he was named Delaware high school player of the year for 1980 by The Philadelphia Inquirer. At Temple, he broke the career scoring record of Guy Rodgers. Stansbury's 1,811 points remain second in university history to Mark Macon's 2,609.
After his three years in the NBA, Stansbury played 16 years in Europe, including 6 years at Levallois, the Paris team where his play caused him to be described as "le Michael Jordan de l'Europe" by the French magazine Maxi-Basket.
