Terence O. Hanley

Terence Handley is the current chairman of the Town Commission of Bel Air, Maryland. He was elected to the commission in November 2003 and has served as its chairman since November 2005. He is unofficially the mayor of the town and, as such, a primary representative in dealings with county and state officials. He is a member the Harford County Public Library Foundation (on which he serves as vice president). On a regional level, Hanley serves as the president of the Cecil-Harford chapter of the Maryland Municipal League. He is also a mortgage loan officer.
