Terence Cao (simplified Chinese: 曹国辉; pinyin: Cāo Guó Huī; born 6 October 1967) is a Singaporean Chinese actor.
Cao is best known for his roles (many times as lead actor) in television dramas on MediaCorp TV Channel 8 and regularly makes the 'Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes' list in the annual Star Awards (seven Top 10 awards in 1994, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2005).

Prior to joining then Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (now MediaCorp) in 1989, Cao was a flight steward. He received his big break in the early 1990s and apart from featuring in drama serials, Cao has also sung theme songs for some of the serials he acted in, and acted in telemovies.
